What do you mean by ‘wholesome’? Our meals are born out of eight years of collaboration between chefs, nutritionists and doctors. To us, wholesome is the confluence of health, science and flavour.

What’s in it? Every ingredient in our meals is carefully chosen to be sustainable, organic and completely free from additives / preservatives. All our recipes are nutritionist reviewed, and have been tested over and over again with chefs, doctors and our friends. Wherever possible, we use local organic UK and Cornish produce.
Is this for me? Our meals are a great option for anyone looking to eat healthy food without compromising on flavour. We also focus on cancer, both through what we cook and where we donate. Our founder wanted to help people eat healthier so fewer ended up having to fight the big C as she did.
How are you different? We bring together science, nutrition and taste to deliver great food. We also offer some specialist meals for those going through cancer, developed through our founders experience of going through cancer three times, twice herself and once with her husband. Eating a healthy diet can reduce the risk of cancer.
Most importantly, we exist to get money back into brain tumour research. We give to charities actually doing the science, like Brain Tumour Research and The Brain Tumor Charity

Non-farmed or smoked. Certain fish oils, including EPA can slow down the growth of bowel cancer cells in the laboratory. The oils can also increase the rate that cancer cells self destruct (‘apoptosis’)

Born out of personal tragedy, Wholesome World exists to blend science and taste to deliver truly healthy meals to those wanting to reduce exposure to cancer, or recovering from its effects.
We’re on a mission to build a company that does good not just through our meals, but through re-investing as much as we can into scientific research, so as many people as possible avoid having to live through Cancer.
